The products are delivered unassembled, flat. They can be installed with existing materials at home. An installation guide will come out of the package.

• Standard products are usually shipped between 3-7 business days. May take longer near holiday season due to high demand.
• We work with UPS.
• There may be import tax at the customs depending on your country regulations. This is the responsibilty of the buyer.

It should be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. As with all wood products, our products must be kept away from heavy moisture, wetness and chemicals.
